LIU P.C. has completed over 4,000 projects consisting of: new and rehab buildings; building enclosures consisting of exterior walls and roofs; high rise building curtain walls and building window systems repair and replacement; building and site infrastructure, building and site environmental assessment and remediation consisting of Lead Based Paint (LBP), petroleum impregnated building components in buildings and adjacent site contaminated soil; Perchloroethylene (PERC) from the dry cleaning process and indoor air quality assessment and on-site sampling and laboratory testing.

LIU P.C. has design-built a number of multi-use buildings and environmental structures in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and Florida. One significant design-built building for Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida was a Solid Waste Energy Conversion Plant. This waste-to-energy plant is a waste management facility that combusts wastes to produce electricity. This waste-to-energy generation is a positive diversification strategy to remove the waste, generate electricity and reduce the ever mounting landfills around the world. This waste-to-energy plant was designed to reduce the emission of air pollutants in the flue gases exhausted to the atmosphere, such as nitrogen oxides, sulfur oxides and particulates, and to destroy pollutants already present in the waste, using pollution control measures such as bag houses, scrubbers, and electrostatic precipitators.
